At your checkout you will have a summary of all shipments options available to you. Depending on your order, shipment costs will be listed.
Local pick-ups are also available and listed during checkout.
All orders are processed within 3 business days.
As a start-up we understand sometimes articles are not what we expected , however we can’t guarantee free returns at this moment. Returns will always be at your (the client’s) expense.
In case a return is requested, please contact us within 7 days of item arrival. Your request will be reviewed and next steps will be discussed with you. In-sale items (items that have a permanent lower price on the product page) are not available for a refund. No price adjustments on previous orders are made.
De Hut is very proud of the products they carry and their quality. If there is an article problem, please contact us by email with visual proof so we can check with the brand itself and work things out.

Yes, please use “comment box” at checkout for a gift purchase. Receipts are only sent out electronically, so there is no worry about receivers seeing prices.
