Founded in 2006 by graphic designer François De Courcy in the beautiful Quebec City, Ublo.ca saw its mission completely changed in 2019. Following the discovery of a congenital anomaly to the aortic valve, François must undergo heart surgery at open heart to replace this one. A difficult convalescence strewn with pitfalls during which he had to be hospitalized five times before his situation stabilized.
It was during his long recovery that he decided to take back his drawing tablet and create posters inspired by nature, his main source of inspiration. Ublo.ca is being transformed into a fun poster shop for young and old! Wishing to make a difference in its community, Ublo.ca donates $ 2.50 per poster sold to the IUCPQ Foundation (Institut universitaire de cardiologie et de pneumologie de Québec).
